Joind Indian Administrative Service In 1959. Served as District Collector of Madras. Salem and Trichy Districts in Tamil Nadu. He was posted in the Department of Cabnet Affairs Goverment of India and also acted as Land Reforms Commissioner ,Relief CCommisstioner ,Commisstioner for Revenue Administration Secretary to Govt Muncipal Administration and water Supply, Chairman Tamilnadu Electricity Board and Development Commissioner.Sri Haribhasker also seved as the Chief Secretary to Govt.of Tamilnadu.
